The biggest impact in the short run is that the Git repos will be renamed to remove the 'incubator' prefix. This is currently an open issue with the INFRA team.
It's probable that the existing repo name will continue to work too. I'm going to wait until the repos are renamed to start opening PRs to remove the Incubator references in our docs - because there are a lot of mentions of our Git URLs. This saves us from having to do a second pass later.
