I have verified the artifacts by creating a version.sbt with "ThisBuild / version := "1.1.0-M1" and "ThisBuild / isSnapshot := false" and running "sbt clean +reproducibleBuildsCheck". I confirmed the only differences were the already-reported nondeterminisms, so this looks good to me.
