I could reproduce all artifacts, except for pekko-management-cluster-http, which appears to have a symbol ordering issue similar to https://github.com/apache/pekko/issues/1471 in ClusterReadViewAccess.class. Interestingly, this issue appears both in the Scala 2.12, 2.13 and 3 builds. I have not tested the artifacts in any package. I have checked that the MiMa excludes look reasonable.
