Yes, assuming https://github.com/apache/pekko/pull/1567#issuecomment-2503483908
have completed their testing and do not expect to find more issues, I
think those improvements definitely warrant a 1.0.4. I can RM and
create the RC this weekend, but if you want to start sooner that's
fine by me as well.
