I'm thrilled that, now that we updated to the Scala 3 version that has
https://github.com/scala/scala3/pull/20593 , I could confirm that all
staged pom and jar artifacts are bit-by-bit reproducible on my system.

I tested with a small application using Pekko and a Pekko HTTP client,
which worked fine.
