i'm wondering if maybe your package should be distributed on cpan outside
of the mod_perl distribtion, maybe with a different name, such as
Apache::OfflineRequest ? trying to cut back on new things added to the
1.xx track (including maintenance), and this package should also work with
2.0. if it's in one place, it will be eaiser to maintain, if you're
willing to do that. what do you think?
