Geoff, don't let the good initiative die in the sea of contrudicting
wishes, just do it and time will do the rest of the job. One should have
the guts to volunteer for this uneasy job. Let others figure out how do
they want to get the data.
We have seen too many ideas die here, while these were brought in
discussion on the list :(
If you feel comfortable sending it as an email, do it this way. You want
to put it on your site or perl.apache.org, do it that way.
