I had two problems.
Somehow I've got the anoncvs in my Root and of course
it doesn't expose the apachetest rep :(
Second, I was trying to update my current directory which was different
from cvs to make it work with the moved Apache-Test. I got the rep via:
cvs co -d Apache-Test apachetest
but it doesn't let you do anything with it.
So I've ended up checking out modperl-2.0 from scratch and manually
copying the modified files there.
It's all working now.
