I think that:
s{#WARNING: this file is generated, do not edit}
{#WARNING: this file is generated, by @{[__FILE__, __LINE__]}, do not edit}
will make it much easier to navigate the code, since many times filenames
are concatenated on the fly and a simple grep on the desired filename
doesn't reveal the location the file was created at.
