I think that we want the prerequisites functionality, this was just an
example.

Since mod_perl will be always distributed with Apache-Test, I suppose that
all the things that can be used in Apache-Test and ModPerl:: should live
in Apache::Test* namespace. Am I right? So this functionality should go
into Apache::TestMM?
