not sure. IIRC Doug has messed with finfo at least twice since then.
all I basically did was reformat the ToDo and add a bunch of bug reports that
weren't on it that I knew about. I didn't want to remove anything from the ToDo
without making sure first, and most of the ToDo stuff I don't personally remember.
I suppose we need to go through all of these and verify whether they are still
an issue with the current CVS - I think I saw one on the ToDo from 1.15, so who
knows...
