The attached couple of files is what you asked: by loading the script and
repeatedly refreshing from the browser, I can make the malformed http etc.
etc. stuff appear in error.log; the browser starts displaying raw html or
"Error" in one or more frames; a crash follws shortly.

Interestingly, the crash depends on the values that are given to delay in
the
different frames of the initial frameset: in my tests 3,1,7 causes the
crash,
2,1,5 does not.

Usage: plop BusyBee.pm somewhere in your loadpath, and busy in the
/cgi-perl/ Registry location.
