Hi, Just thought i should mention I have been having quite some trouble
installing mp2 on debian. This is because of the directory structure. As
you are probably aware debian has a /usr/include dir under which are
separate directories containing the headers. Since my apache headers are
in /usr/include/apache2/ and the Makefile.PL script assumes that the
apache directory contains an include subdirectory, it is impossible to
install without a bit of bodgery. I either have to start editing
scripts, or have to conger up some fake directories using symlinks.

Well, I hope this makes sense and I have not wasted your time by
mentioning something that has already been fixed.

hi craig.

before we continue, please try the latest cvs (without the patch I sent) and see if your stuff segfaults there. if not, at least we know we've isolated the segfault and just have bad logic to fix :)

if you need help with cvs, see

http://perl.apache.org/docs/2.0/user/install/install.html#Downloading_the_mod_perl_Source
