We are not aware of this problem, Kiki. You need to give us more matter to be able to understand your problem. You don't have a problem to start the modperl test suite, do you? If that's the case, you need to show us what configuration causes that, coming with a minimal possible case that you can still reproduce the problem with.


But definitely move first to 1.99_13 because we aren't going to debug on 1.99_12 and we need to be on the same page to have a better chance to reproduce the problem.
