Kudos to you both for helping sort this stuff out so I can remain blissfully ignorant to such issues in the future =) I will contribute one day but it sure as heck wont be related to LFS issues, apsx and gcc flags.
Believe me, I too want to be ignorant of these issues :) It'd be really nice to have an integration expert dealing with this kind of issues, and let us go free and just do the app coding :)
