[mp2] t/api/custom_response lacks custom_response.txt

t/api/custom_response...................Can't open 
/usr/src/modperl-2.0/t/htdocs/api/custom_response.txt: No such file or 
directory at t/api/custom_response.t line 22.

The file is probably just missing from CVS, since it doesn't seem to get 
generated anywhere.
