Further to off line discussions, I wonder if any of the mod perl folks would be interested in contributing to the opensa project.
I have offered to do some testing however I believe Daniel would like some help on the dev side. One or two developers would be enough to get things rolling again.
The project is hosted at www.opensa.org and Daniel's address can be seen below.
Having used this "package" I *know* it is an ideal way for newbies to get apache2+ssl+mp2 up and running.
Question: As the Apache->Apache2 migration is currently underway and Stas is "making mp2 API perl-threads safe", I assume it would be best to wait until both of these efforts are completed?

I could spend some time to create updated packages for the OpenSA 2.x branch. Assistance would be required, as I became father on last Saturday, so my attention is pretty focused on that.
