The next step here is to roll Apache-SizeLimit 0.92 which should work
flawlessly with both mp1 and mp2 [I've seen it work :)].
Release that.
Then, I'd like to merge
perl/modperl/branches/apache_sizelimit_integration to trunk.
My time frame for this is ~Mon/Tues December 4,5.
