I could have sworn I got it to work before; I'm getting this:
/httpd -f `pwd`/t/conf/httpd.conf -X -d `pwd`/t &
/bin/sh: /httpd: No such file or directory
Which tells me that it's trying to use the wrong httpd. Which is odd,
because ~/.apache-test/Apache/TestConfigData.pm has the right one.
