While spinning up Apache::Test, t/next_available_port.t failed with this message [2]. need need_cgi isn't finding a lack of cgi modules on my system, 2.2.4, 5.8.8, 2.0.5_mod_perl-svn.
I tried to get some debugging output from Apache::Test::plan but something seems to be trapping both STDERR and STDOUT in there, this patch in [1] corrects the symptoms, but not the cause. Any ideas on what a better solution would be?
