Apache-Test and SizeLimit both need to be released before 2.0.6 can go
out.  SizeLimit was at RC2 several months ago, but I couldn't rally
enough votes to make it happen.

Did we get any feedback from the ASF board about exempting the
Apache::* modules from the voting process?

We'll need to get 9 votes total to release 2.0.6 (3 for A-T, 3 for
A-SL, and 3 for 2.0.6).

I don't think there is anything else stopping us besides votes right now.
