The problem is that the disappearance of the environment variable MOD_PERL affects the mod_perl part. (Apache Works with mod_perl + plack) https://metacpan.org/release/Plack/source/lib/Plack/Handler/Apache2.pm#L39 There is a workaround so it is not fatal, but I want to take a fundamental measure. Can you consider merging?
