Looks like INFRA fixed up everything we need as a TLP. We just need to update
the website:
- remove disclaimer
- adjust Team page to combine both Mentors and Contributors together. We can
add a new Role column, as we'll soon have Committer and PMC as a role.
- adjust all links by removing the "incubator" from the path
Once this is finished, I'll send out a link and let everyone know to use the
new mailing list and git repo.
