Moving this to 5.0, as 1) it was never done, 2) I don't think dropping hadoop1
in a minor release is copacetic, 3) dropping hadoop1 for 4.0, but not 3.0 will
cause merge headaches as we try to keep these in sync. Best, IMHO, to target
this for the next major release where we plan to only support running on top of
0.98.
