Updated attached patch so now it bundles all required jars in a single
phoenix-server.jar. It merges phoenix-hadoopX-compat.jar,
phoenix-hadoop-compat.jar, phoenix-core.jar, phoenix-pig.jar and
phoenix-flume.jar
