Thanks, [~jesse_yates]. My only question about "double wrapping" the region
scanner. We have three coprocessors attached to each table. All of them will
get invoked, but only one of them will return true for
isRegionObserverFor(scan). The others will just return the original
RegionScanner. Would it be better to do what I've done with the newly attached
patch?
