After the commit

tests started hanging. This is probably because down the line some tests are
using the same underlying hbase table. With the table getting split, it
probably was unusable by other tests. Adding drop metadata attribute to delete
the underlying hbase table. Alternatively, we could name the table name same as
the test name so that there is no such overlap.
