Summary: Don't throw TableNotFoundException when table not found
in cache

This exception should not be thrown if the table is not found in the cache, as
it would cause the cache change to not be chained up to the
ConnectionQueryServices. Also, it may occur if the cache is too big and the
table was evicted.
