Now that PHOENIX-950 has been implemented, we should update our secondary index
page in SVN (https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/phoenix) here:
./site/source/src/site/markdown/secondary_indexing.md
If you update this page, then run ./build.sh, it'll regenerate the
html page. Then you check in both the .md page and the .html page.
