Here is the patch to split index region atomically on data region split.
It has custom half store file reader(IndexHalfStoreFileReader) to read regions
corresponding data(during scan or minor compaction) from shared hfiles after
split.
Also added the parameterized tests in QueryIT for better coverage.
Please review.
