It would be great to filter by values in cell which contains protobuf
serialized message. \\ \\
Our use case: We have some nested structures of data with some predictable
structure, but we cannot deserialize that in separate columns (such as array of
objects). \\ \\
In future Phoenix can support other in-place operations on protobufs.
