Thanks for much, [~apurtell]. If it's feasible to get Phoenix working on CDH
5.1, then +1 to the ServerName facade plus additional work (if any). Do you
know if there's more that would be required? I wonder if/when the next CDH
release will be and whether or not ServerName will be added then? Just want to
prevent you from doing too much short lived stuff.
For the How to Release, may not be doc-ed yet. [~mujtaba] has support in maven
to generate everything, though.
