Did a basic outline for this to just support scans:
https://github.com/jyates/phoenix/tree/add-tracing-hints Not sure if/when I
have time to pick this up (or if its even the ideal way to go about it), but
basically adds tracing-specific Hints so you can add whatever annotations and
tags you want to a trace.
