Looking close, @ramkrish86. Nice work. I think you need to just code up the
consumption of the guideposts in ParallelIterators (see my comment there), add
the logic for a "min" elapsed time for stats collection, and then do some basic
local perf testing to see the impact. Then we can follow up with the issue that
handles views correctly (just passing through the start/stop row through your
coprocessor call) and add some more tests.
