Pass through tenantIdBytes, table.getSchemaName().getBytes(),
tableName.getTableName().getBytes() here. If the table is a multi-tenant table,
then it's tricky to invalidate it everywhere (if the metadata is spread across
multiple region servers). For now, on the server side, we should invalidate the
following two rows:
* tenantId, schemaId, tableId (if tenantId is not null)
* null, schemaId, tableId
Add a TODO and a JIRA here to handle the case where the metadata may span
region servers.
