Currently phoenix server jar also bundles antlr in addition to
phoenix-hadoopX-compat, phoenix-hadoop-compat. This might not be desired in
scenarios when antlr is already present on classpath which leads to version
conflict. Solution would be to generate an additional jar that does not contain
antlr bundled.
