Summary: Store guideposts in PTable in a compressed manner

The guideposts can use quite a bit of memory when cached on PTable. We should
look at store this in a compressed manner - perhaps we can leverage FAST_DIFF?
An easy way would be to only store only the delta from the previous guidepost
key.
