Initial patch for removing the dependency on hadoop1.
This doesn't remove the hadoop-compat and hadoop2-compat modules or remove all
the reflection stuff inherent in those modules. For now, just removes the
hadoop1 build profiles and builds the correct tarballs, in the hopes that it
will make reviewing easier :) Would do a follow-up patch/jira that completes
the update.
