For the same row, there may be different timestamps for each KV so exposing a
pseudo column doesn't work well.
The timestamp that's part of the row key would match the timestamp for the
Put(s) of the row (i.e. one or more KVs). It would be duplicated in each KV
column (by virtue of the way the row key is duplicated in each KV).
