Okay, moved implementations plus PDataType, PArrayDataType, PhoenixArray, and
PDataTypeFactory into schema.types package. Patch attached, also force-pushed
my PR branch, hopefully it updates the PR appropriately.
Running mvm verify now. Will look into a back port to 4.x next.
