Here is the patch to make use of SplitTransaction from 0.98.9 versions. For
older versions IndexSplitTransaction will be used.
Also since the folder directory is wrong in IndexSplitTransaction there was
performance degradation in scan(might be because of going through the files
already compacted). With this patch the performance is normal even after
splitting.
[~mujtabachohan] can you do testing with this patch from your side as well.
[~jamestaylor], [~apurtell] Please review the patch.
