ramkrishna.s.vasudevan updated PHOENIX-1453:
--------------------------------------------
Attachment: Phoenix-1453_15.patch
Updated patch that creates a seperate .proto for GuidePosts. It is associated
with the PTablestats under PTable.proto.
Tested with a client with out this patch and it was able to work fine as we
have still the older way of protobuffing the Cf and the list of bytes for the
guideposts.

> We currently collect guideposts per equal chunk, but we should also capture
> row counts. Should we have a parallel array with the guideposts that count
> rows per guidepost, or is it enough to have a per region count?
