So for ProjectedColumnExpression used by LocalIndexDataColumnRef, we pass
through the list of PColumns that make up the data columns (from the context),
but this list is changing during compilation? Since the list is shared, by the
time we use it, we've collected all the columns so it works? I think fixing it
this way is ok for 4.3, but we may want to do as you suggested before,
[~maryannxue], perhaps making two passes.
