Ah, ok, that makes total sense [~jamestaylor], thanks for pointing that out. I
was thinking of HBase tables (or I just wan't thinking).
To clarify about the config parameter, this is a mapreduce job config parameter
we're talking about, so it's not that big of a deal. The point of my patch was
to minimize the knowledge of local indexes (i.e. limit it to the
CsvBulkLoadTool class), but that's still definitely possible. I'll make a small
change to my previous patch which does this.
