We are not adding parent_table key property to index table desc while creating
multi-tenant table. The property used in index load balancer to identify tables
to colocate. It's working fine now with the patch. [~mujtabachohan] Please try
with the patch again.
I will raise an issue to move index/data region when corresponding region moved
explicitly from client.
