(was: [~jamestaylor] iterators.explain(steps) shows different plan steps than
explain by looping through plans. It shows plan steps at thread level I think.
There will be a lot of repeated information. For example: select * from t1
union all select * from t2; instead of showing "Union All 2 queries", it will
show " Union All 8 queries". So we should keep looping plans in
UnionPlan.explain().)
