I swapped out hbase.version in the POM with 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT and was screwed by
the NextState changes to scanner interfaces. This is going to take more than
one afternoon's work. It's not just Region that needs fixing up but also
RegionScanner and InternalScanner. Here's what I have so far. There are 26
compile errors remaining, all related to NextState. Where I've made changes to
scanners it's unlikely they are doing the right thing with NextState yet.
