After a certain point new PHOENIX JIRAs only allow me to comment, attach files, watch, or link issues. I can't assign or change any state. Did someone ask INFRA to change something? Did someone remove me from an admin role in JIRA? Please put me back, I'm on the PMC. Thanks.
