Hey everyone, I can take both PHOENIX-1763 and this issue unless someone else
is already planning on doing the work and/or further down the road then me due
to previous work (I'm at step 0 (smile)).
Edit: It looks like PHOENIX-1763 is a new enough issue so I don't have any
permissions to it, so won't be able to assign it to myself or set as patch
available, etc. Someone with the necessary issue karma assign to me if you want
me to take it.
