[~jamestaylor] [~apurtell] two it tests fail to pass in Hudson, and the reason
may be the charset problem.

I run these two it tests on my laptop, directly running in eclipse, and they
both pass. I don't know why.
How to reproduce failure like Hudson on my laptop?
